Order Processing

All orders are packed and dispatched personally by us. Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will be carefully packaged and handed to our courier within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email once your order is on it's way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at the checkout based on your delivery address but typically costs R100. We shop around for the best courier rates so you don't have to pay more than necessary.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel is with the courier you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Can't find your tracking number? just message us and we'll sort it out as soon as we can.

We deliver Nationwide

We ship to all provinces across South Africa.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available, the courier may return the parcel to their depot. Please note that redelivery fees may apply.

Always double-check your address at the checkout to avoid delays.
