Question: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Answer: Yes. All orders are processed once full payment has been confirmed.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Question: How long does delivery take?

Answer: Once payment is confirmed, delivery typically takes between 2-3 working days nationwide. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Question: Do you ship nationwide?

Answer: Yes- we deliver to all provinces across South Africa.

Question: How much does shipping cost?

Answer: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address but typically cost R100.

Question: Will I get a tracking number?

Answer: Yes! once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Question: Can I return a perfume I don't like?

Answer: Due to the personal nature of perfume products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. We encourage you to read our product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Question: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Answer: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the item and we will resolve it immediately- no stress, no hassle.
